Insurance,
Packing & Forwarding Charges extra as applicable,
payments strictly against delivery. Payments should be
a compained with order.
- Delivery:
Ex-stock/ Ex-work subject to being unsold. Our responsibility
ceases once material is delivered from our godown or booked
to transporters premises.

Payment:
Advance alongwith order and required Sales Tax Form, if
any
- Small quantity/minimum
packing will not be supplied at rates specified in Price
List.

You
may deposit your local cheque in HDFC Bank Ltd. at your
nearest branch. Kindly send you firm enquiry stating preferable
mode of payment. So that we can send our proforma &
pay in silp of HDFC Bank branch, if applicable.

Materaial
should be delivered at the point of delivery,If found
not suitable for purpose also, no claim freight or testing
charges will be entertained.

Bank
charges for dishonour cheques & DPC charges thereon
will be covered from brokerage, if party fails to pay
that amount.

No
rate difference will be passed on until order & our
terms are agreed upon in writting. D/N with PAN will be
needed & TDS will be deducted as applicable. Also,
TDS certificate will be held, if ST Form is not received
with payment of buyer party. Both brokerage & commission
will not be paid in same transaction.

Parties
& brokers are adviced & requested to do transaction
only, if they are binding to above terms & conditions.

before taking delivery from Bhiwandi to avoid any kind
of problems/disputes, if any.
